O.N.E. believes that there are at least 2 types of minorities of the world: The Elite and People of Consciousness. Our goal is to make People of Consciousness the majority by uniting and raising awareness of Human Rights violations endured by the underclass.

O.N.E. concentrates on working more for the oppressed and focuses less on working against the oppressor. Since time and labor are commodities. We believe too much of that commodity has been given to an elite, minority group that already demands more than we have. Therefore, our energy will go to enrich the majority who are subjugated and/or excluded.

O.N.E. is dedicated to providing a protective umbrella where great ideas are supported and promoted. The influx of information to which we are privy is simultaneously elevating our overall intelligence and lessening the power of that information with the overwhelming data we constantly receive. Thus, less popular ideas that are not protected often drown before they are recognized as valid. Given that the hierarchal system is highly systematic, we will utilize organizational methods to translate innovative ideas into application.

O.N.E. will seek to link national and international struggles through finding our commonalties and understanding our differences. Given that the various forms of human rights issues around the world cannot be segregated, we must take and demand responsibility for all types of violations against humanity. Ultimately, this will interconnect diverse interests that are all working toward the same goals: Peace and Justice.

O.N.E. will work to improve cross-cultural relations. O.N.E. cannot have unity in the overall struggle if we have the negative effects of racism, sexism, and ethnocentrism within the ranks. To strengthen weaknesses outside of ourselves requires us to first strengthen weaknesses within ourselves.

O.N.E. demands racial, ethnic, cultural and religious dignity. Uplifting the self-image of people who are discriminated against will be interwoven into all of our actions. Through highlighting the respect of self, progression and freedom for the community at large will be advanced.
