O.N.E. concentrates on working more for the oppressed and focuses less on working against the oppressor and, instead, work for the oppressed.
O.N.E. is dedicated to providing a protective umbrella where great ideas are supported and promoted. The influx of information to which we are privy is simultaneously elevating our overall intelligence and lessening the power of that information with the overwhelming data we constantly receive. Thus, less popular ideas that are not protected often drown before they are recognized as valid. Given that the hierarchal system is highly systematic, we will utilize organizational methods to translate innovative ideas into application.
O.N.E. will seek to link national and international struggles through finding our commonalities and understanding our differences. Given that the various forms of human rights issues around the world cannot be segregated, we must take and demand responsibility for all types of violations against humanity. Ultimately, this will interconnect diverse interests that are all working toward the same goals: Peace and Justice.
O.N.E. demands gender, racial, ethnic, cultural and religious dignity. Uplifting the self-image of people who are discriminated against will be interwoven into all of our actions. Through highlighting the respect of self, progression and freedom for the community at large will be advanced.
